Buying tickets from Maximum 90

When you purchase tickets through Tuxedo (Groupe iCible’s online ticketing platform) on our website, we will collect certain information such as your last name, first name, gender, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.

Why?

We use this information to process the transaction that allows you to purchase the tickets you buy from us, to contact you and keep you up to date about the event for which you purchased tickets, and for statistical purposes.

Legal basis

This information is necessary to perform the sales contract between you and us. It is also necessary for the buyer’s legitimate interests, namely to obtain the tickets purchased from MAXIMUM 90, to ensure we are paid, and to analyze our customer base.

Please note, however, that if you refuse to provide the requested personal information, we may not be able to follow up on your request or process your purchase.

How long we keep your data

We will keep all collected information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collected it, or for other essential purposes such as complying with legal obligations. We will destroy this data at the end of that period, or if you decide to withdraw your consent. If you request it, once your data has been deleted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been processed.

Age of consent

We do not request or collect personal information from minors under the age of 14.

If you are a parent or guardian and you realize that a minor under the age of 14 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information belonging to a minor under the age of 14 without parental consent, we will delete any information that may have been collected.
